The Land’s End Remodel transformed a modest one-story home into a spacious, contemporary residence designed to capture sweeping views of Salmon Bay. Purchased with the intent to remodel and resell, the home required a thoughtful expansion that balanced modern living with a strong connection to its waterfront setting.

The redesigned main level features an open floor plan oriented toward the view, with large openings that extend living spaces onto a deck overlooking the bay. Additional living areas were added below, including a guest suite and recreation room in the basement. Upper floors were reconfigured to accommodate three bedrooms, laundry, and a private primary suite at the top level, creating a clear separation between shared and private spaces.
