Greenwood Remodel

Greenwood Residence

Second Story Addition & Remodel

The family loved the location of this 1924 Greenwood home, but they needed more space and help with an awkward main floor layout and a basement with too-low ceilings. Lowering the basement floor two feet created a large amount of usable space, and a new concrete slab in an existing crawlspace allowed for a mechanical and storage room. A completely new second floor was added for a master suite, two bedrooms and a loft space.  All of this was accomplished while saving the existing main floor ceilings. To give the family a fun new out-door space, a patio was created on the roof of the expanded street-level garage.
