Trident Seafoods — Tenant Improvement
This tenant improvement project for Trident Seafoods focused on how the space is actually used day to day.
The scope included a refreshed reception area, an R&D kitchen, and a tasting test kitchen—each designed to support collaboration, product testing, and everyday workflows. Rather than starting with finishes or aesthetics, the process began with listening: understanding how teams move through the space, where they gather, and what the work truly requires.
The layout and material choices were shaped by that rhythm. Spaces needed to be durable, intuitive, and flexible enough to keep pace with active use, while still creating an environment that feels welcoming and well-considered.
This project highlights the importance of design grounded in real behavior. When architecture responds to how people actually work, the result is a space that supports productivity without getting in the way.
