Designed for modern waterfront living, this Lake Union floating home was created to maximize light, views, and connection to the water at every level. Large expanses of glass and sliding doors open the main living spaces directly to the lake, allowing daily life to flow seamlessly between indoors and out.

Outdoor living was a central focus of the design, with a main-level deck, accessory float, and rooftop deck offering multiple ways to experience the water, city skyline, and changing light throughout the day. Inside, the architecture balances clean, contemporary lines with warm materials and thoughtful detailing, creating a home that feels both refined and relaxed.
