ecco design inc specializes in the design and permitting of shoreline projects. We have worked in the marine permitting business since 1993, with successful completion of over 450 projects ranging from residential docks, boatlifts, shoreline restoration, and beach coves to full commercial marina restoration.

We have extensive experience and excellent working relationships with the agencies governing shoreline work including; the Department of Ecology, the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, NOAA Fisheries, U.S. Fisheries, Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife, U.S. Native American governing agencies, as well as most of our local city jurisdictions

ecco also has a strong reputation with these agencies and with our clients built on our extensive experience and professional staff. Along with our design team ecco has a full time biologist on staff who understands the intricate web of shoreline permitting regulations. Having established good working relationships with governing agencies over the year’s ecco can assist you in the complicated process of obtaining your permits with Federal, State and local governing agencies.
