Located in the University Village area, MV3 is an 8-unit condominium project scheduled for construction in 2010. All units feature modern interiors, master suites, and an open kitchen/living room plan. Fitting 8 units and parking onto a steeply sloping site was one of the many challenges of this project. However, the hillside presented an opportunity to provide each unit with not only a ground level garden, but ample deck space as well.
